I've found him.

I found the place where he first appeared on this earth. I have traced his history all the way back to this simple grove. A place of worship for an old tribe known as The Semnones. This is where his power is. This is where I must return once the rest of my work is complete. How do I know his power is here. I stand here completely solid. All of my power returned. It wanes again once I leave The Grove. This is his place. Now to bring him back. Time to go check on my work.
